Hi, I'm Caela Tanjangco

I head Asia, launching and building the Singapore office at Endeavor, and I am part of the Endeavor Catalyst Fund's team. Endeavor is leading the high-impact entrepreneurship movement around the world, and we believe that thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems are built at the city level, by a core of influential entrepreneurs; who mentor, train and invest in successive generations of entrepreneurs. Endeavor Catalyst is our rules-based fund (500M AUM) where out of 250+ investments, we have 47 1B+ valued companies.

I am a Global Shaper from the Manila Hub. The Global Shapers Manila hub is a collective of diverse leaders united by a common vision: A better world, starting with Manila. We focus on climate change, policy, youth unemployment and human trafficking. Under my curatorship year, we executed 20 external projects, and reached more than 650,000 people. The Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum.

I co-chair the Impact Council of the Global Shapers community (an initiative of WEF) where together with a team oversee the impact generated by 10,000 people in 400 city hubs. I also led the impact arm of the COVID-19 Steering Committee in the Global Shaper Community overseeing all 158+ COVID-19 response projects in our 400 city-hubs (3M people helped from over 158 projects during the pandemic response)
